Thorndon Country Park - 1st March 2015

We are lucky with the weather once again when we meet for an early spring walk in Thorndon Country Park.

A varied walk comprising wooded paths and open fields proved popular with all.  We hope to be visiting this country park again fairly soon.

Pudding Mill Lane to Tottenham Hale via Springfield Park - 9th November 2014

Pudding Mill Lane to Tottenham Hale via Springfield Park  -  A pleasant, linear walk that took us past the Olympic Stadium, areas of regeneration and areas of decay to more beautiful and tranquil areas along the canal and by Hackney and Walthamstow Marshes.  We also visited Markfield Beam Engine museum and had lunch at the adjacent Pistachio cafe.

Richmond walk - Classic walk featuring iconic views, this circular walk leads from the urban bustle of Richmond town centre to a riverside walk along the Thames Path.
